Antech's Émotion Extra Brut Rosé Millésimé: Elegance, Date and Character
Émotion is the most sophisticated cuvée from the Antech Family, representing the pinnacle of their expertise in sparkling wines from Limoux. This Rosé Millésimé (vintage) wine is a Traditional Method sparkling wine (similar to Champagne), but with the unique character of the Limoux terroir.
It is made predominantly with the local Chardonnay grape, complemented with Pinot Noir and/or Chenin Blanc (depending on the vintage) to achieve its beautiful pale pink color and structure.
The Millésimé designation indicates that all the grapes come from a single, excellent harvest, and the wine spends a long period of bottle aging on its lees, typically more than 18 months, giving it exceptional complexity and finesse.
Being Extra Brut, its dosage is minimal, resulting in a very dry, elegant, and refreshing wine. Émotion Rosé is known for its notes of fresh red fruit, hints of toasted bread, and a creamy effervescence, ideal for pairing with haute cuisine or enjoying on special occasions.
