It was born from the meeting of different people but with common dreams and a great desire to share them.
Maribel comes from the Dominican Republic, a land of sun, warmth, and strong cultural, family, festive, and friendly traditions. Pierre comes from the Paris region, with a deep love for wine, gastronomy, the art of cooking, and the French way of life.
It was around these shared passions that our paths crossed: the search for love brought us together, and wine drew us even closer. Pierre, already immersed in the world of wine, gently guided me through his universe: the terroirs, the aromas, the stories behind each bottle… And very soon, this passion became ours.
Together we decided to unite our roots, our strengths and our dreams to create Marie-Pierre Import, a company established in the Dominican Republic and dedicated to the import of exceptional wines, particularly those from Limoux, southwest of France.
These authentic, elegant wines steeped in tradition perfectly reflect our own history: a harmonious blend of cultures, flavors, and emotions.
