Characteristics: Deep golden color, very fine bubbles. Complex aromas of ripe pear, Tatin tart, white fruits, and hints of toast. Broad, fresh, and precise on the palate, with a long and subtly honeyed finish.
Low alcohol content (approximately 10–11%), natural fermentation.

The Eugénie Extra Brut Millésimé cuvée is the prestige piece within the Antech Family range of sparkling wines, honoring the founder of the house and representing the highest quality that can be achieved in Limoux.
This wine is a Traditional Method sparkling wine and is distinguished by its unique composition based on the three main varieties of the appellation:
• Mauzac (which brings a traditional touch and freshness).
• Chardonnay (which provides structure and elegance).
• Chenin Blanc (which adds longevity and complexity).
Like other prestigious cuvées, it is Millésimé, meaning it is only produced in the best vintages, ensuring maximum concentration and quality of the grapes.
Its Extra Brut designation indicates that it is an extremely dry wine, with minimal sugar. This allows the purity of the terroir and the complexity gained during its long aging on lees (often exceeding 24 months) to take center stage. The result is a sparkling wine of great character, with exceptionally fine bubbles, complex aromas of ripe fruit, dried fruit, light honey, and mineral notes. Eugénie Extra Brut is a wine for aging, ideal for the most discerning palate and perfect to accompany fine seafood and fish.
